Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho says he “doesn’t know” how long striker Harry Kane could be sidelined for with a hamstring injury.
Kane, 26, suffered the injury during Tottenham’s defeat at Southampton on New Year’s Day and was initially ruled out until April after the club said he needs surgery.
