Italy wing Ange Capuozzo has been ruled out of this weekend’s rugby union Test against Georgia in Genoa with concussion, the Italian rugby federation (FIR) announced Thursday.

Capuozzo, 25, went off after seven minutes during the 50-18 loss to Argentina after colliding with prop Joel Sclavi.

“Capuozzo has no clinical problems and is following the international protocols for returning to the pitch,” the FIR said in a statement.

The Toulouse player’s condition is being monitored for a possible return for the third and final Test of the autumn, against New Zealand on November 23 in Turin.

Coach Gonzalo Quesada will also be without forward Lorenzo Cannone against Georgia on Sunday. The Treviso player, who broke his nose against Argentina and underwent surgery on Monday, has returned to his club.
