World number one McIlroy won’t fear travelling to Europe

Four-time major winner Rory McIlroy says there is no reason to be ‘scared’ of travelling to tournaments in Europe if guidelines are followed amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The PGA Tour was suspended in March but there is a planned return next month, starting in Texas on 11 June.

McIlroy also discusses the Ryder Cup, the Irish Open and his plans for 2020, including the possibility of playing tournaments in Europe.
