Welsh rugby plans to cut clubs: all you need to know


The Welsh Rugby Union believes that cutting the number of its elite clubs by half as part of a radical domestic revamp is the best way of achieving its goals to “win the Six Nations” and become “genuine wild-card World Cup winners”.
